In this project, I’m designing an Exhibition space at the Concourse area of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, for

Vincci, where they are launching their new range of shoes.

My goal for this project was to create a sophisticated yet vibrant space. So I took inspiration from

Karim Rashid for his vibrancy and sophistication and Rockabilly style which is from the era of Marilyn

Monroe to give the space a flamboyant feminine presence .I integrated Karim Rashid’s sensual minimalism

with Rockabilly style yet with a bit of sophistication . The shapes and colors I used in this project reflect

Karim Rashid’s vibrancy and sophistication whereas the checkered floor, posters and wallpapers used show

Rockabilly Style.
